Local participation in environmental management in Vietnam

This session will explore the role of public participation in environmental management and identify some of the challenges it faces in Viet Nam. The workshop will begin with short presentations from panel speakers who posses a range of experience in environmental management and public participation. The structure of the workshop is designed to weave input from participants into each panel presentation. A summary of the main points presented by panel members and workshop participants will be presented by the workshop facilitator.
