The New Australia newspaper was produced in
the 1890's and chronicles the attempt to set up a colony of Australian workers
in Paraguay at the time. TIF images of the newspaper have been created in collaboration
with the State Library of New South Wales and the project continues to develop
with the involvement of Paul Scifleet from the State Library who has developed
an sgml-encoded finding aid to the collection.
