Coverage: Listing of 2.5 linear metres of archival documents on areas of Timor administered by the Dutch. Earliest document appears to be August 1706 and latest documents are from the 1870s. The Dutch documents, made up of contracts, letters, regular and special reports as well as transfer memoranda, contain information on the political, social and economic state of the province.

Structure: In Indonesian. Each document, (they are arranged roughly in chronological order), was allocated a new number in 1998 as earlier numbers were no longer clear. Many entries are accompanied by long descriptive passages, while others have only a short single sentence describing the contents. A list of districts and sub-districts covered by the documents accompanies the work.
Evaluation: Valuable for historical work up to 1870s on the administrative areas of Timor governed by the Dutch.
