Small Islands Voice, [...] is all about the general public
in small islands exchanging views on environment and development issues.
It is
expected that expanding the information flow and widening the debate about
particular issues and problems will make a positive difference to their
eventual outcome and solution.
In September 2002, a Small Islands Voice global forum for the general public
in small islands will commence on a trial basis. If you know of any islanders
who have access to e-mail and would be interested to be a part of this
discussion forum, then please copy them this message and advise them to send
their e-mail address to moderator@sivglobal.org"
