waste shipment to Wake Island for temporary storage

Self-description:
"The Defense Logistics Agency announced today [5 May 2000] that a
shipment of waste material containing very low levels of PCBs
(polychlorinated biphenyls) will be moved no later than May 18, 2000,
from Japan to Wake Island [Eneen-Kio, EnenKio Atoll - ed.] until final
disposition is determined."
