Institute of Narcotics Studies and Analyses (INSA), New Delhi
Institute of Narcotics Studies and Analyses, New Delhi, India.
Self-description:
"A little while ago eight people experienced in narcotics addiction and enforcement wonderd why over the past hundred years there has only been improvement in the availability of all kinds of drugs. Not in curbing the supply and demand. The Institute of Narcotics Studies and Analysis is the result. We take up projects, advise, survey, analyse and try to find solutions for all kinds of headaches that narcotics causes.
Aims & Objects of INSA: [...] a) To act as an apolitical, independent and academic organisation for conducting studies on all aspects of the subject of narcotics. b) To conduct research on understanding impact of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances on public health. c) To promote and conduct research on the development of the current global policies concerning narcotics from a broad inter-disciplinary perspective including social, cultural and economic aspects. [...]."
