Self-description:
"The main objective of EUCAM is to monitor the implementation of the EU Central Asia Strategy [http://consilium.europa.eu/uedocs/cmsUpload/EU_CtrlAsia_EN-RU.pdf], which has been adopted in June 2007. In its monitoring excercise EUCAM will focus on a set of priority areas [...] in order to find a mix between the broad political ambitions of the Strategy and the narrower practical priorities of Commission assistance programmes: * Democracy and Human Rights [...] * Security and Stability [...] * Energy and Natural Resources [...] * Education and Social Relations [...]."
