Apart from Russia and Germany, where it is reportedly banned, the Hizbut Tehrir (HT) has not so far received adequate attention from European security authorities due to its non-involvement in acts of international jihadi terrorism. Next to Al Qaeda and the LET, it is the extremist organisation with the most widespread clandestine network in the Islamic and non-Islamic worlds and its activities need greater attention than they have received so far. - b. raman."
