2005 Asia Symposium, May 2005
Institute for International Mediation and Conflict Resolution (IIMCR), Washington D.C., US
Supplied note:
"In partnership with Arcadia University and The Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University, IIMCR will conduct its first annual Asia Symposium in Singapore
[May 21, 2005 - Jun 18, 2005 - ed.]. Interpreting current and past conflicts in the region through theory and practice in conflict resolution, international affairs, and international law, participants will develop the practical skills in mediation and negotiation to confront conflict constructively.
While there, symposium students interact with a renowned faculty through lectures, training exercises and simulations. The faculty is composed of scholars, negotiation and mediation experts, current and former diplomats, and conflict resolution practitioners, many of whom have participated in resolving some of the world's most intransigent conflicts. Any questions? Please contact: Asia_Symposium--at--iimcr.org - lz."
