The Oxford Society for the Caspian and Central Asia (TOSCCA) in co-operation
with St Antony's College, Oxford, will hold a workshop 'Kazakhstan Between
East and West' in the Nissan Centre of St Antony's College on 28th November
2005 starting at 9 am. Speakers include:
