to link district courts to the High Court. A spokesman for the High
Court has said that 'The public can access courts through this web-based
system, and retrieve judicial information and forms in the near
future.' The web site, 'Royal Court of Justice, Bhutan', reviews many
aspects of the judiciary of Bhutan, court procedure, act and rules,
cases and judgments, judicial reforms, the use of IT, etc.
