for Asian Studies
I.D.E.A.S. is [a newly established - ed.] online academic journal that publishes undergraduate
research in Asian Studies.
I.D.E.A.S. publishes original research articles, visual artwork, musical
pieces and techno-text by undergraduate students. The content of such work
should fall within the academic field of Asian Studies; it should explain,
describe or elucidate important ideas, historical events, cultural themes
or artistic trends originating in Asian countries.
The work submitted to I.D.E.A.S. for consideration must be authored by a
full-time undergraduate student in a college or university.
I.D.E.A.S. is accepting undergraduate papers and artwork for review and
consideration. Entries [for the journal's first issue - ed.] Must Be Received By
November 1, 2004 - jm."
