Self-description:
"Sustainable Heritage Development programs are for those people who are working in the arts, culture, heritage, environmental and developmental fields and wish to pursue further studies, professional development or research from the workplace. They are also offered for those who wish to enter these sectors of work. These programs are interdisciplinary focussing on the protection and promotion of movable and immovable, tangible and intangible heritage resources as well as creative and culture in development industries within the framework of sustainable development.
These new programs are unique in the world as they bring together leading international educators, trainers and professionals to participate in the flexible delivery of the courses using both on-line tuition and face-to-face intensives. There is no requirement for on-campus study and learning plans are tailored for individual students. The intensives are case study driven and applied with both Australian and overseas options in the Asia Pacific Region, especially Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka and Vanuatu."
