"The Association of South-East Asian Studies (UK)
ASEASUK is the only national organisation of Southeast Asianists in the UK - and the only such national organisation in Europe. Most members are academics specialising in the region from more than 30 universities and covering a range of disciplines. But there are also postgraduate members of the association as well as members from the business and diplomatic communities. A third of members are based outside the UK.
ASEASUK publishes a newsletter, ASEASUK News, twice a year. Aseasuk News contains information on regional research, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, recent publications of members and an annual directory of postgraduates."
