Supplied note: "The Tibet Journal is a quarterly publication of the Library of Tibetan Works & Archives (LTWA) [in Dharamsala, India], devoted to the presentation of scholarly and general interest articles on Tibetan culture and civilization by Tibetans and non-Tibetans. Founded in 1975, its editorial board comprises of Achok Rinpoche, Gyatsho Tshering, Tashi Tsering, Nathan Katz, Bhikkhu Pasadika, Anne-Marie Blondeau, Per Kvaerne, and Toni Huber. The Journal welcomes articles and research paper in English, adequately substantiated or otherwise documented, with the Wylie romanisation system. - Sonam Tsering (tibjournal[use"@"]gov.tibet.net)."
