The draft paper takes a critical look at the debate on the knowledge gap
between industrialized and developing countries from a theoretical
perspective and backs up the arguments with comparative data from
Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea and some European nations. It is part of the
ongoing research of a project 'Globalisation of Knowledge'. Comments on
the draft paper or news on related research are very welcome
