Self-description: "The ICMR-NIC Centre for Biomedical Information (Indian MEDLARS Centre) has designed and developed a bibliographic database from Indian biomedical literature. To startwith 75 prominent Indian journals, have been selected to build up the database entitled IndMED. More journals would be added to the list as their quality improves in coming years. It is proposed to cover the journals from 1985 onwards in this database. "
