USCINCPAC Asia-Pacific Economic Update 2002
U.S. Pacific Command, US
Supplied note: "As part of the U.S. security strategy, USCINCPAC's Asia-Pacific Economic Update helps to strengthen the link between U.S. economic and military instruments of national power. In Volume One the CINC's Economic Advisor discusses economic trends and the social, historical, and political context in which economic decisions are made. It diagnoses economic conditions in key Asian economies and recommends economic strategies for improving performance in an Asian social and political context. The forthcoming Volume Two examines economic security issues and highlights governance of corporations and defense establishments. Opinions are those of the author and are not to be construed as U.S. policy. "
