Supplied note: "The Central Eurasian Studies Society is pleased to announce the publication of the first issue [Volume 1, Number 1, Winter 2002 - ed.] of the Central Eurasian Studies Review (CESR), a scholarly review of research, resources, events, publications and developments in scholarship and teaching on Central Eurasia. The Review appears three times annually (winter, spring and fall). It is distributed free of charge to dues paying members of CESS. Institutions may subscribe at a rate of $50 per year. The Review is also available to all interested readers via the web [in PDF and HTML formats - ed.]."
