In order to fulfill its mission, The [...] Foundation would: study and provide analyses of the social, economic and political developments in Mongolia to interested parties; exchange the information on the issues of transition and transformation with domestic and foreign institutions; encourage cooperation among local and foreign governmental, non-governmental and private institutions, and support activities toward attracting foreign aid and direct investment to Mongolia; deliver the findings of research activities to general public and through promotion of free exchange of information, transparency and public participation in decision-making, create a greater public awareness; provide support to researchers in social, economic, political and legal areas, especially students and youth; and promote the modern technology transfer to Mongolia. "
