Supplied note: "Global Service Corps offers short-term programs, long-term programs, and accredited internships.
Our Thailand program offers a variety of projects such as working in rural schools, monasteries, nunneries, or community health centers. Participants can teach conversational English, assist in health clinics, provide HIV/AIDS awareness education, or assist with the development of our new environmental program. Additionally, Buddhist cultural immersion, may tutor them in English. Global Service Corps now offers college credits for an additional tuition fee through San Francisco State University if your own institution does not offer credit for overseas service-learning programs. Contact GSC for details. Please note: In addition to the semester internship dates listed in our schedule, internships can be arranged beginning with any other scheduled short-term project."
