I have developed a tool available online called 'The Online Tibetan to English Scanner/Dictionary' Short description: A useful tool [which uses Java applets and servlets - ed.] for helping Tibetan to English translators by automating the translation process. Breaks up Tibetan phrases into its different parts displaying its definitions."
