Self-description: TMCAO "intends to hold a seminar [at an unspecified date in 2001 - ed.] on Tehran's Sociocultural Growth and Anti-Growth Factors by examining and identifying pathological factors and classifying ways and means to solve the related problems. TMCAO therefore invites all learned citizens in Tehran [and elsewhere, acc. to a message from Mr B. Esfehani - ed.] to forward their suggestions and research works about the above subjects to TMCAO in order to help Tehran municipality to devise scientific guidelines, policies and programs for sociocultural elements in the capital [of Iran - ed.]."
