(CIETAC) Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center
has issued a set of
'Domain Name Dispute Resolution Process Guidelines'
(http://168.160.100.159/kjyw/kjzc/1-21-1391.htm) [a page in CN] that went into effect
on Jan 1 [2001]. The Center was authorized by the China National Network
Information Center (CNNIC) to resolve Chinese Internet domain name
disputes. An expert or a committee of three experts designated by the
Center can resolve disputes. More information on submitting complaints
and the dispute resolution process is available in
Chinese on the CIETAC website."
