Uyghur Human Rights Coalition (UHRC)
UHRC, Washington, DC, USA
Self-description:
"The [...] UHRC is dedicated to building a strong grassroots movement
in the United States to protest the Chinese government's gross human
rights violations against the Uyghur people, to promote democratic
freedoms and self-determination for the Uyghurs, and to protect their
culture and environment. In addition, the UHRC calls on the Chinese
government to engage in fair negotiations with legitimately elected
representatives of the Uyghur people to peacefully resolve the
political status of their homeland."
