Carving Out: Development in the Pacific

governance and other issues."
Self-description: "Carving Out [13 programs] will be broadcast on
Radio Australia across the Pacific at 0730 & 1830 (Suva Time) each
Saturday from 11 March, or on Sundays at 13.30 or Mondays at 10.30 on
short wave (kHz): 5995 * 6080 * 7240 * 9580 * 9660 * 11880 * 15240 *
15515 * 17580 * 17715 * 17795 * 21725 * 21740. In Australia, the
series can be heard on Radio National at 5.30pm each Saturday from 11
March, repeated on Wednesdays at 11.30am. Follow the links on each
program for a full transcript and audio on demand. A new program
transcript and audio will be added each week."
