Self-description: "A small, grassroots project organized by Cambodian holocaust survivors now living in the United States and American-born artists and writers. CAAP offers practical, financial and moral support to Khmer artists living in Cambodia and builds appreciation of Cambodian culture in the United States CAAP is in the process of becoming a 501(c)3 not-for-profit charitable and educational corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of Massachusetts. We are donation and volunteer supported and entirely non-commercial."
