"I am happy to inform you that the first English version of
ToolMan Editor has been released. [...] ToolMan is a
shareware plain-text editor produced by Masahiko Maedera,
that can handle any CJK characters, Unicodes (UCS-2, UTF-8
and 16), and over 90,000 characters with supporting the
Konjaku-Mojikyo [K-M is a piece of software especially
useful for handling Han characters - ed.]."
