"ACICIS was established in 1994 to develop and coordinate
semester study programs at Indonesian universities for Australian
university students. ACICIS is a consortium of Australian
universities which includes as members most of the country's
leading institutions in the field of Indonesian studies.[...]
ACICIS currently offers programs in Intensive Indonesian Language
for Foreigners (LBIFL), an Immersion program in regular
curriculum, a Field Study program, Language Teachers' program,
and Practical Arts program. The Intensive Language and Immersion
programs are offered at Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta,
Central Java, while the Field Study, Language Teachers' and
Practical Arts programs are based at Muhammadiyah University in
Malang."
