Third Chung-Hwa International Conference on Buddhism
Center for Buddhist Studies, NTU, Taiwan
"This is to announce that the Third Chung-Hwa Buddhist Conference
co-sponsored by the Center for Buddhist Studies, National Taiwan
University will be held at National Central Library, Taipei on July 19
to 21, 1997. At the same time, the conference will be held on the Net
also, all the necessary information will be provided on the WWW,
including list of participating scholars, article titles and
abstracts, time and place, information about the conference,
information about previous conferences etc.
There are 166 well-known scholars, representing over ten countries
from Europe, the United States, Asia, and the pacific region,
including Netherlands' Erik Zurche and Sri Lanka's Ven. Dr. K. Sri
Dhammananda, Japan's Tairyo Makita and Akira Hirakawa will be the
guests of honor in the conference."
