of Ulster and the United Nations Univ., UK

on the internet for those in the area of conflict resolution and
ethnic conflict. It is intended to serve not only academic researchers
but also policy-makers and practitioners in mediation." Guides

Russia, Chechnya, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan.
