Turkic Language Courses at Indiana University - Summer 1997

"Pending funding, the Indiana University Summer Workshop in Slavic,
East European and Central Asian Languages (SWSEEL) announces summer
courses Jun 20-Aug 15, 1997 for the study of KAZAK (first year),
TURKMEN (first year) and UZBEK (first and second year).
Tuition for each course is $840.00 for both in-state and out-of-state
students. Fellowships (for U.S. citizens and permanent resident
aliens only) are available (pending funding) which cover the costs of
tuition, room and board, university fees, and materials. The deadline
for fellowship applications is May 16."
