A monthly newsletter examining Conflict Resolution in Central Asia.
Published on the 15th of each month, beginning in Jan, 1996. Future
topics for the newsletter will include a history of the Fergana
Valley, a history of Russian, Azerbaijan and Central Asian oil
exploration in the Caspian Sea, and possible resolutions to the
conflicts raised in these areas.
