FAJ (Foreign Academics in Japan) Project

Issho Kikaku's Foreign Academics in Japan Project is a collection of
essays and resources dealing with the issue of employment terms and
conditions for foreign professors, lecturers and researchers in
Japanese universities. The writings presented here represent a
selection of various prespectives in the multi-faceted, dynamic
dialogue regarding the treatment of non-Japanese in Japanese academic
institutions.
