CSAAR (est. 1978) is an allied centre within the Faculty of Asian and
International Studies, Griffith Univ. The Centre's activities include:
(1) Research covering Australia's political, economic and strategic
relations with Asia from both an historical and contemporary
perspective. (2) Conferences and workshops on contemporary issues; (3)
Publications on Australia-Asia relations; (4) The Asia-Pacific
business training program; and (5) Consultancies to government and
