and working papers (for this you need a password that comes with
membership). JPRI does not take money from any Japanese or American
corporation, and its staff is unpaid. It does not have offices but
exists on computers in San Diego, Tokyo, Albuquerque, and Washington
DC. It is backed up by a distinguished board of advisers.
