How to View FULL 8 bits Vietnamese:

For PC & MAC, install VISCII truetype fonts into your system,
then inside Mosaic or NetScape, set the font to a Vietnamese
VISCII fonts. (WinVNKey or VietVU)
For DOS, run VietDOS first, then dial your modem & run lynx
For X, use VISCII Postscript Fonts, there is a vnmosaic source
at haydn.stanford.edu:/incoming/

More helps are needed. We are collecting Technical Vietnamese
Papers to publish on the web, and collections of famous poems
