The Australian National University

The Graduate Program in Political Science and International Relations
The ANU Graduate School offers a range of graduate and postgraduate degrees in both political science and international relations, which draw on the skills of a number of departments, including:

  • Department of Political Science
    As well as offering supervison of honours and higher degrees (including a research MA and PhD) the Political Science Department in the Faculty of Arts at ANU offers a range of undergraduate courses in global politics.

  • Department of International Relations
    The IR Department in the Research School of Asian and Pacific Studies offers a Graduate Diploma and a Master of Arts in International Relations as well as a research PhD program. You will also find here more general information about the Divison of Politics and International Relations.

    Griffith University

  • Faculty of Asian and International Studies
    The Faculty offers a range of undergraduate courses and graduate/postgraduate programmes in international relations. This link will also provide you with information about faculty staff.

    Monash University

  • Politics Department
    The Politics Department at Monash offers undergraduate courses in international relations topics. You will also find here direct links to information on the Graduate Diploma and MA in International Relations and the PhD programme (choose the 'courses' option).

    Flinders University of South Australia

  • Department of Politics
    International Relations and International Political Economy is one of the five broad areas of expertise in the Department. The Department offers an undergraduate major in IR, an honours programme in IR as well as an MA in IR. You will also find information about PhD by research in the Department.

    La Trobe University

  • Here you will find some preliminary information on the Graduate Diploma in Asian and International Politics and postgraduate research degrees taught in what is now the School of Sociology, Politics and Anthropology.

    University of Sydney

  • Department of Government
