This document has been prepared to provide a basic starting point for official
web pages on the Coombsweb server. It is much easier to canibalise and modify
an existing document that create one from a blank page.
Please feel free to:
- retain the content and layout of the provided header & footer
- delete any unnecessary fragments of text
- replace the contents of the TITLE tag
- provide appropriate name to the page, using the H1 tag
- add your own materials
- amend the URL
- and, finally, supply any missing information signalled by '???' question marks
