itemREGISTRATION

Attendance at the Conference is open to all who pay the registration fee. We welcome members and non-members of the ASAA, academic staff, students, professionals and members of the public from Australia and abroad.

It is a condition of participation that the presenting author registers and pays to attend the Conference by 29 April 2004.

itemREGISTRATION AT THE CONFERENCE

The Conference registration desk will be located in the foyer of the National Convention Centre and will be open from 2pm on Tuesday 29 June and will remain open throughout the Conference.

itemREGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Following receipt of your registration form an acknowledgement letter and a tax invoice will be forwarded to you. This letter states your reference number. It is helpful to the Secretariat if your reference number could be quoted on all correspondence once it has been allocated.

Please note that it will not be possible to send confirmation letters and tax invoices for registrations received five working days prior to the Conference. In this instance, the tax invoice will be placed in your delegate registration envelope which is collected upon registration at the Conference.

item LIABILITY

In case of industrial disruption the Conference Committee and Conference Secretariat accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

item CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund of registration fees, less an administration charge of $110, will only be available by providing written notification of your cancellation prior to 14 May 2004. Refunds beyond this point may not be possible.
